Is C.D. Leisure fully licensed?
Yes. C.D. Leisure is fully licensed and every machine is supplied and sited in line with Gambling Commission requirements and your own premises licence or gaming machine permit. We match the machine category to the entitlement your premises already holds, supply the correct age-restriction and responsible-gambling signage, and handle the compliance paperwork on the machine side. We are machine operators, not solicitors, so if your permissions need reviewing we will say so and point you to your licensing solicitor or local authority.
Who pays for repairs and servicing?
We do. There is never a bill for parts, labour or call-outs. Every machine is emptied and serviced once a month by our own trained technicians, and any repair is completed within 5 working days.
How long is the contract?
Our standard agreement runs for 12 months, and signing a 12-month contract is what triggers the £1,000 payment to your venue. If you’d rather not commit, we also offer a flexible, no-tie-in agreement — you simply won’t qualify for the £1,000 bonus on that route. There is no sign-up fee and no hidden charges either way, and we are happy to send you the full terms before you commit.
How does the 50/50 profit share actually work?
We supply, deliver and install the machine free of charge and look after it for the life of the contract. The takings are split straight down the middle: your venue keeps 50% of everything the machine earns. Our half pays for the machines, the engineers, and the servers and games behind them. Machines are emptied and counted monthly and you receive a clear statement.
