Do these cost anything to install?
No. Every machine on this page is supplied, delivered and installed free of charge, exactly like our fruit machines, pool tables, jukeboxes and vending machines. There is no sign-up fee and no capital outlay for your venue.
Can I add just one of these, or do I need to take the full range?
Just one is fine. Most venues start with whichever fits their site best — often a cashless upgrade to an existing machine, or a cash machine — and add more later. There is no requirement to take the whole range.
Is a pub ATM suitable for every venue?
It depends on your premises and existing setup, so we assess this on a free site visit rather than promise it works everywhere. We’ll tell you honestly whether an ATM fits your venue, and if it doesn’t, we’ll say so.
Who services and restocks these machines?
We do — the same trained technicians who look after the rest of your machines. Coffee and ice machines are restocked on our regular visits, cash machines are replenished and serviced by us, and any repair across the range is completed within 5 working days.
