What we supply

Machines matched to your headcount and your footfall

There is no point putting a bank of machines into a twelve-person office, or a single small unit into a leisure centre with a thousand visitors a week. We size the installation to the site, then keep it stocked with the lines that actually sell there.

Snacks & confectionery

Crisps, chocolate, cereal bars, nuts and biscuits in a reliable spiral unit. Product ranges are agreed with you, so the machine sells what your people actually buy rather than whatever was cheapest to load.

Cold drinks

Chilled cans and bottles — water, soft drinks, juices and sports drinks. Refrigerated units hold temperature reliably and are the single best-selling vending line in gyms and leisure centres.

Hot drinks options

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and speciality options where the site suits it. A proper hot drinks machine is the fastest way to stop the mid-morning walk to the coffee shop down the road.

Cashless & coin payment

Contactless card and mobile payment alongside traditional coin, so nobody is turned away for not carrying change. Cashless acceptance lifts takings noticeably on almost every site we fit it to.

Restocking & monthly servicing

We handle refills, cleaning, cash collection and the monthly service visit. Nobody on your team has to count stock, chase a wholesaler or wrestle a jammed coil. It is genuinely hands-off.

Repairs within 5 working days

Trained technicians cover England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Report a fault and it is fixed within five working days — a machine that is out of order is earning nothing for either of us.

How it works

Three steps to a free vending machine

1

We survey the site

Tell us your headcount, opening hours and where people naturally gather. We recommend the machine type, size and location — and tell you honestly if we think a site is too small to be worth it.

2

We install it free

Free supply, free delivery and free installation, typically within 10 days of signing. No purchase price, no lease, no sign-up fee and nothing added to your budget. We agree the product range with you before the first fill.

3

You earn 50% of takings

We restock and service the machine and empty it monthly, then pay your site 50% of everything it has taken. Clear figures every visit, and you can change the product range whenever you like.

Who it suits

Sites that get the most from vending

Vending works wherever people are already on site and already want something. Here is where we see it perform best.

Offices

Staff convenience without the cost. A snack and drinks machine in the breakout area means fewer twenty-minute coffee runs off site and fewer people disappearing at 3pm. It reads as a genuine perk — refreshments always available, on every shift — but it costs the business nothing to provide, and the company earns half of what the machine takes. For growing offices it is the easiest facilities win there is: no budget request, no procurement process, no maintenance contract to manage.

Schools

Healthier-choice product ranges are available, and every range is agreed with the school before the machine is filled — you decide what goes in it, not us. Machine timers mean units can be locked outside break and lunch times, so vending never competes with lessons or the canteen service. The result is a controlled, well-supervised facility that raises funds from spending that was happening anyway, with no capital cost to the school budget.

Leisure centres & gyms

Cold drinks and protein and snack lines sell strongly to people who have just finished training and are not going to drive home thirsty. This is revenue from footfall you already have — no marketing, no extra staffing, no additional opening hours. Reception teams stay free to deal with members instead of selling bottled water over the desk all evening.

Clubs & waiting areas

Social clubs, sports clubs, community halls, garages and reception areas all share the same pattern: people waiting, with time and a little money to spend. A vending machine covers the hours when the bar or counter is closed and turns dead waiting time into takings, without asking anyone to stay behind to serve.

Zero capital outlay. Half the takings. Yours.

Free vending machine supply, installation, restocking and servicing on a 50/50 profit share — plus £1,000 when you sign a 12-month contract.

Vending FAQs

The questions site managers ask us

Is the vending machine really free?

Yes. There is no purchase price, no lease, no rental and no sign-up fee, and there is zero capital outlay for your site. C.D. Leisure pays for the machine, the delivery, the installation, the stock and the servicing. We take our share from the takings, and your site keeps 50% of everything the machine earns.

Who restocks it and how often?

We do. Our team refills the machine, cleans it, checks the mechanisms and empties the cash, with a full service visit every month and more frequent restocking on busier sites. Nobody at your site needs to buy stock, count stock or handle the money.

Can we choose what goes in the machine?

Absolutely — product ranges are always agreed with you. Schools in particular can specify healthier-choice ranges, and any site can ask us to add, drop or swap lines at any point once you see what sells. If a product is not moving, we will change it.

Can a school machine be locked outside break times?

Yes. Machine timers let you set exactly when the unit is available, so it can be locked during lesson time and open only at break and lunch. Combined with an agreed product range, that gives the school full control over both what is sold and when it is sold.

Do the machines take card payments?

Yes — we fit cashless payment alongside coin acceptance, so customers can pay by contactless card or phone. It removes the “I have no change” barrier entirely and it typically increases takings, which benefits your site as much as it does us.
