Getting started — common questions
What does it cost to get machines installed?
Nothing. There is no sign-up fee, no rental and no installation charge. We supply, deliver, site and maintain the machines at our own cost and take our share only from what they actually earn. Your venue keeps 50% of the takings, and if you sign a 12-month contract we pay you £1,000 on top.
How quickly can machines be installed?
Typically about ten days from agreement. That covers the free site visit, choosing the right cabinets, licensing checks, delivery and a short hand-over for your staff. If you have a date in mind — a refurbishment reopening or the start of a league season — tell us and we will work to it.
Do I need a licence for a gaming machine?
Licensed premises in the UK have entitlements and permits covering gaming machines, and the requirements differ by venue type and by nation. We are fully licensed operators and we will walk you through exactly what your site needs before anything is installed, so nothing goes in that should not.
Can I speak to venues you already supply?
Yes, and we encourage it. Ring us and we will put you in touch with existing pubs, offices, restaurants and schools on our books so you can hear about our engineers, statements and pay-outs from someone with no reason to flatter us.
